Various kinds of parameters can be set in the panel, it can realize various classic or modern controlling technology like two digits, three digits, intelligent PID, and parameter auto-optimization& auto-adjusting according to different requires, and is mainly uses in self-control systems like machines, chemical, ceramic, light industry, metallurgy petrifaction, petrochemical, and heat treatment.
The Temperature controllers working principle:
–Thermal resistance or thermocouple input and measuring range both can be set freely.
–Software adjust zero and full scale, temperature measuring of cold-end alone, amplifier constant-zero, display accuracy is better than 0.2%FS.
–The method of fuzzy theory combine with the traditional PID makes the temperature be controlled quickly and smoothly.
–The method of advanced PID parameter self-tuning saves a third time as compared with the ordinary instruments.
–The output signal is optional: relay output, DC12V driver solid state relay, 4-20mA current
–Alarm output: two circuit user-defined alarm output.
