ZQ1-63 automatic transfer switch is suitable for dual power supply system with AC current of 50/60HZ, rated voltage of 400V and rated current of 6A-63A. The switch can automatically change the common power supply and standby power supply without manual operation, so as to ensure the continuity and reliability of power supply.

The main switch device consists of forward and reverse motors, circuit breakers, mechanical interlocks and controllers.

This product is suitable for Class 1 combined force system, high-rise building, residential quarters, military equipment, hospitals, airports, communications, fire fighting and other important places where power failure is not allowed, and the products meet GB/14048.11 standard

Normal working condition

  1. sfixed air temperature, upper limit not exceeding+40 C, lower limit not exceeding-5 C.
  2. The altitude of the grounding point shall not exceed 2000m.
  3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere is less than 50% when the ambient air is+40 C, and it can be higher when the temperature is lower. When the monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month is+25 C, the average maximum relative humidity is 90%. Considering the condensation on the crystal surface caused by temperature change, special measures should be taken. ・

  5. There is no strong vibration impact, harmful gas that corrodes metals and damages insulation, serious dust, electrically conductive particles and explosive dangerous substances, and strong electric magnetic field interference at the operation site.

Performance characteristics

The control part carries out wired detection on each phase voltage of common power supply at the same time. When the power supply voltage is lower than 80% of the rated voltage or higher than 110% of the rated voltage, the controller sends the detection result directly to the controller after comparison and judgment, and sends a conversion instruction to the operating mechanism of the circuit.

Working principle of structure

  1. The change-over switch consists of three or four circuit breakers as the main power switch and the motor operating mechanism of mechanical interlock.
  2. Mechanical interlocking structure: to ensure that two circuit breakers will not switch on at the same time during the conversion process.
