This product conforms to IEC-947-6-1 standard and the national green electrical product standard. ZQ2 series Shuang Yuan automatic changeover switch is suitable for dual-power supply system with AC 560 Hz, rated voltage below 690V and rated current below 2000A, which can realize automatic switching between common power supply (N) and standby power supply (R) (also can be set as manual switching), and it is the unattended substation for dual-power supply users.

This product is suitable for special and class electrical systems, high-rise buildings, residential quarters, military facilities, hospitals, airports, docks, shopping malls, communications, fire protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, petroleum, coal mines and other important places where power outages are not allowed.

Design Feature

ZQ2 dual-power automatic transfer switch (hereinafter referred to as intelligent system) is composed of device body and intelligent automatic controller.

The main body of the device consists of two circuit breakers with electric operating mechanism (see technical parameter clause for models and specifications) and nearby auxiliary alarm contacts, etc.), mechanical interlocking mechanism, electrical interlocking device, fuse, terminal block, etc. All parts are installed on the ㄅ metal plate.

The intelligent controller is composed of a novel single-chip microcomputer and many other modules.

They are connected by a special aviation plug interface and a special shielded cable with a length of no more than 2m to form an intelligent control system, and the power supply of the intelligent device is 220V and 50/60Hzo.

This intelligent device has the function of mechanical and electrical double interlock protection, which provides a safe and reliable guarantee for your power supply.

This intelligent device can complete the automatic switching of single-phase 220V, three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire dual power supply.

Intelligent working principle of the system: the controller detects the two electric voltages at the same time, and the voltage lower than 80% of the rated value is judged as under (or lost) voltage.

The microcomputer control circuit logically judges the above detection results, and the processing results drive the corresponding instructions through the delay (adjustable) circuit to send the opening or closing instructions to the electric operating mechanism.

The above detection results can be displayed on the LCD display screen of the intelligent automatic controller panel for users to find out the cause, so that users can repair the faulty circuits in the shortest time and make the dual power supply.

Intelligent working principle of the system.

The controller detects the two voltages at the same time. The power supply voltage higher than the rated value of 11.0% (adjustable) is judged as overvoltage, and the power supply voltage lower than the rated value of 85% (adjustable) is judged as under (or out of) voltage.

The microcomputer control circuit makes logical judgment on the above detection results, and the processing results send the opening or closing instructions to the electric operating mechanism through the corresponding instructions driven by the delay (adjustable) circuit.

The above test results can be displayed on the LCD screen of the intelligent automatic controller panel-or can be connected to the computer through serial port at the same time, and controlled by software for users to find out the reasons, so that users can repair the faulty lines in the shortest time and restore the original state of the dual power supply.
